About Me 

The things I am most passionate about are achieving my goals and succeeding in areas that I constantly work hard in. For instance, I am a hardworking dancer who trains many hours a week with my team members and I am very passionate about winning dance competitions because of all the hours and hard work I put in. I am also passionate about being a team worker since I am constantly working with my teammates for success. I learned that there is no “I” in team and in order to succeed, one requires great communication and the ability to work with others. Because of all the hard work I put into dancing, I learned to apply this in other areas as well and work hard to succeed in whatever comes my way.

Over my years of working hard to achieve my goals, I developed personal attributes that define how I operate to succeed. I am an achiever who does not stop working once a project is started. Nothing will ever go unfinished and I always make sure to strive to flourish in all my work. I am easy going and am open to listening to other ideas. I am always accepting of others and acknowledge that others can have great ideas that I can go along with. Lastly, I feel that I am very competitive. I always want to be the one with the best work therefore I work my hardest in order to prosper. 

I always use my strengths to the best of my ability to help others and perform my duties. Some of my strengths are identifying problems, where I am able to identify what the issue is and then determine the next steps to take forward in order to solve the problem. I am leading, where when it’s unclear where to start with certain tasks, I often help get everyone started and jump right into the work. I also see myself as motivating where I can be very encouraging to others by helping them get through tough situations while working and motivating them to keep going.
